The Bombe
An unusual treat. Homemade raspberry ice cream center with the outer layer of passion fruit ice cream. Then wrapped with chocolate cake and covered with (my favorite) Swiss Meringue.

Creme Caramel
People often ask what is Creme Caramel so here is the answer: Flan or caramel custard that is free standing with soft caramel. This is not the same as Creme Brulee which literally translates as burnt cream.
