Petit Four Glace
A small and dainty cake glazed with poured fondant. They are meant to be eaten in one or two bites. Personally one bite does it for me. These little guys had a silver fern on top to go along with the theme of the wedding.

Baker Norris Wedding
A beautiful and simple cake for a gorgeous spot in West Point. Fresh apple cake with Dulce de Leche filling and Chocolate fudge cake with the simple vanilla buttercream. All Organic ingredients and organic fruit adorned the cake.
